Newly renovated, clean, bright, "low capacity". To keep it a quiet and homely flavoured place, my house will have no more than three person in total, most of the time will be two people only (when I'm living elsewhere).
Long term incentive - anyone staying for 3 month+ canget one week free; then the rent will be -20/PW after 3M.
Location:
2 minutes drive to M2; 8 mins onto M1. 30 min drive to BNE CBD. Easy access everywhere.
3 min to Gowan Road shopping centre with great Asian restaurants and grocery, butcher;
10 min to Sunnybank market square.
30 min bus 153 into CBD - super easy for working in the CBD.
Bus 150 is 3 min walk away and operating long time from 6 am to 11.30 pm.
Not a party house - quietness and cleaningness are the most important criteria here :)
Prefer long term stable tenant. Rental is renewed on a monthly basis providing we both confirm feeling comfortable to continue.

About the flatmates
I'm working as a full-time in a chartered accountant firm in CBD.
I work from home approximately 2 days a week.
I am mostly quiet but also don't mind having some relaxing conversation with housemates every now and then; it'd be great to establish a basic and good friendship with whom I share my house with.
I like to maintain my house to be a clean, organised, comfortable, and safe place for myself and for anyone who lives there. I'd also appreciate someone who have shared house before so it's easy to communicate. Keeping the whole environment tidy and mutual respect is the most important for me.
No smoking because I am allergic to the smell. Drinking occasionally is fine as long as the house is kept clean or cleaned up after.
No alcoholic habit.
Overall, I am a believer of open communication. I believe we all have different living habit and culturaal background so genuine communication is key.
As this is also my own home and is not purely a rental place, I hope everyone who might stay in my house for short-term or long term both feel comfortable and like home. So let's have a chat to see if we form a good fit as housemates.
