About the flatmates
I am the owner, the lease agreement would sign with me directly so agency or illegal second rental is associated. I dont live onsite, but come there for the tenants help. The whole house contains 5 bedroom. One of them is an ensuites. The other 4 bedrooms tenants share the bathroom, but the shower and toilet both have separate doors so busyness is not an issue. The whole house is just for young men (students and part time workers), currently we are looking for two young men to fill up two spaces. Students are very welcomed!
