About the property
There are two rooms available to the person that moves in as well as their own toilet and shower / bath. Both rooms will be unfurnished at the time of move in.
The internet, electricity and water are additional. Internet is $72/month, electricity can vary but the last bill was $168, and I have not received a water bill yet but it will be quarterly.
The property is a town house with only 3 other townhouses in the complex. Everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves but are neighbourly. The area is very quiet and does not have traffic at night to it makes it easy to sleep. There is air conditioning as well.
There is a down stairs toilet just next to the garage.

About the flatmates
I'm a draftsman by trade and work from home some days. I keep to myself and paddle board quite a lot. I live a simple life and try to keep things as orderly as possible and clean as possible. The other lease holder is moving back to NZ at the end of February hence the date of move in i.e. 28 February 2026. I can't have any pets as it is against the lease terms. I'm looking for a professional that is in work, organised and keeps to themselves.
