About Us:
We're tidy and professional individuals, always ready to adapt to our housemates' diverse needs. We enjoy company and sharing spaces, and we share a common passion for salsa, which we've been dancing at a professional level for many years.
The House:
Our home is a beautiful standalone residence located in Spring Hill, Brisbane. It features 4 fully furnished bedrooms, 1 bathroom + 1 extra toilet. Additionally, we have a spacious outdoor garden perfect for relaxation, a large underground storage area for your belongings and a fully equipped home gym! Parking is extremely easy to find right in front of the house.
Location:
We're situated in Hill Street Spring Hill, a quiet and well-connected area of Brisbane,next to Victoria Park, close to shops, public transportation, and other essential services.
Prices and Terms:
* Single Room 1: $330 per week, all inclusive (utilities included)
* Single Room 2: $300 per week, all inclusive (utilities included)
* Bond: 2 weeks
* Payment: 2wks in advance

We're seeking easygoing, clean, tidy, drama-free individuals who respect shared spaces and have a positive attitude towards communal living.
Availability:
The rooms will be available starting from the 15th of February, flexible.
