About the flatmates
Hello everyone!
We have a room available in our lovely townhouse in Spring Hill!
You’ll be sharing the house with 3 Italian people in their 30s.
You’ll share the bathroom with a couple (however, one member of the couple works fifo, so she’ll be away around a couple weeks per month). There’s also a half bathroom in the living area.
The house is very spacious and has pretty much everything you might need, including all kitchen utensils, car park and a small garden.
We care about keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy.
Price is $350 for a single, bills included; 460 couple.
Longer term preferred, but relatively short term welcomed too.
Our party days are over, but we like to invite some friends for dinner every now and then.
The room is available from the 26 January.
