My favourite thing about the place is its convenient location. King George Square, Queen Street & Roma Street Parklands are all a 5-10min walk away, and the free spring hill bus loop stops just 50m up the road. There are countless cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, gym, and pharmacies just a quick 1-2min walk or drive away.
The furniture in most of the pictures isn’t mine, it’s the display furniture from when I bought the apartment 3 years ago. The room has a double bed, mirrored built-in wardrobe, and its own private balcony. I’m more than happy to buy a chest of drawers or some furniture for the balcony too! I have an ensuite, so you’ll have the main bathroom all to yourself. The washing machine and dryer are in that bathroom.
I love a good chat so i’d like to live with someone who I consider a friend! I’d also say that my place can be a pretty social space. I love to host game nights & have my friends over for dinner or drinks! You’re more than welcome to do the same. That being said, I’ll always respect your downtime and personal space if you just feel like chilling out.
I also have a beautiful senior kitty called Nylah. She’s very friendly and loves meeting new people! She will spend a lot of time cuddled up on your lap or snuggling on a blanket. She isn’t a fan of other animals and is best off as an only pet.

Hiii! I’m a 24yo inclusion teacher aide who works with kids who have additional needs and physical disabilities. I’m currently studying to become a primary school teacher and work full time during my trimester breaks.
I love to host game nights, watch tv, go op shopping, being active & anything creative!
I’m a very friendly person who loves a good chat, so I’m looking for someone to become friends with rather than just living together! Let me know if you think we’d be a good fit 🫶🏻
