Moving out in the new year and looking to see interest for a potential new tenant to take my spot! Looking for women only, current tenants are both working in the health industry and do shift work. The room can come furnished if required, or empty if you have your own items to bring. There is currently a queen bed and mattress in the room and built in wardrobe. There is an allocated parking spot in the underground carpark that will be available once I vacate the property. The building has a rooftop pool, a reception and 2 elevators. There is centralised aircon in both rooms. Current tenant has ensuite so the main bathroom (outside bedroom) will be your private bathroom.
