Chi11 is an 1874 build Colonial, which has been operating like this since WW2 (but with a few upgrades since). There are spaces to be with others, and others to escape the city (which the house is right on the edge of). So there is no need for a car.
Cleaning of everything but the private locked rooms is included. As is the toilet paper and dishwashing liquid.
Stays of 6 or 12 months are preferred. Sometimes less are possible. Some have been here for four years, so its a good place to feel at home.
