My name is Estella and I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to share my home in Spring Hill. The apartment is bright and airy, filled with art and books and has two spacious balconies with lovely views over Spring Hill.
It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath layout, so you’ll have your own private bathroom. The flat is fully furnished including your room which has a queen bed and mattress, two bedside tables, a desk and chair, double built in wardrobe, plus a ceiling fan. If you have your own bedroom furniture the room can also come unfurnished. The flat also has an internal laundry with washer and dryer. The building is very central and has great amenities including a pool, gym and sauna. It’s only a 10-15 min walk to the CBD or to Howard Smith Wharves, 8 min walk to central station and many bus stops nearby.
