The beautiful house is located at the newly developed area in Springfield. It has a yard you can relax on the hammock enjoying the sunset and stars. The room is located right next the entry door which has a big window to view the outside the street. It has enough natural lights for you to rest at home. Room has a queen bed, desk, 55 inch LED Smart TV, chair, bookshelf, vacuum cleaner, ducted fan, heater, aircon, fridge, microwave and wardrobe so enough space to relax.
Bathroom and toilet to be shared with two boys(15 & 12). Most of the things in the house can be shared. We have a ducted cool/heat zone system with a celling fan and they are powered by the day time solar energy so feel free to enjoy the cosy room for all around the year.
