About the property

Looking for one more room mate to join us!

The property is a 4 x bedroom with a large deck and backyard and is located in a nice quiet estate in Springfield, located centrally between Springfield and Springfield Central train stations.

The living and dining areas are air conditioned (brand new) and the bedroom has a fan.

This is a non-smoking home

Looking for someone who will also help keep the place clean including yard maintenance, clean up after themselves.

There is parking on the street/grass.

The bedroom available is currently furnished, but can arrange to remove the items. (This will be easy to remove)

The bathroom will be shared with my other housemate (25F) and toilet is shared for any guests.

If you are interested please contact me and we can discuss in a bit more detail.

I do have a puppy, he is a 3 year old toy poodle (hypoallergenic) he loves a good cuddle. And my housemate had a 10 year old jack russell.

Thank you 😊

About the flatmates

Hi, I (26F) am looking for another house mate to come and live with my room mate (25F) and I, I am usually out decently early and home later in the afternoon. I am an Executive Assistant, working in the city. I like to try and get out on the weekends and spend some time with my puppy, Bean. He has just turned 3 in January, he is a hypoallergenic toy poodle, and he love a good cuddle. (Although he’s still toilet training, only using pee pads if nobody is home)
