I’ll have a spare room in the apartment that i am looking to rent out.
Looking for Single female tenant that’s vegetarian/ happy to cook vegetarian inside but of course you can do as you please outside. Making it easier in Shared Space.
Will have private room and that opens up to a big balcony entrance and own/private bathroom.
Spacious big apartment.
Apartment is close to shops and restaurants and transport and gym/pool
Apartment is right above a cafe and various food stores.
5mins drive to Coles.
Many shops are restaurants across the rd from the apartment.
In a very convenient location that has a nice trendy vibe.
I will try and have it semi furnished with a queen size bed unless you have furniture you want to bring.
Room has a wardrobe.

Apartment is on the 2nd floor, 2 flights of stairs no lifts.
Has plenty of parking space on site.

Looking for a working professional, open to younger age bracket just as long we get along and you have a laidback personality.
My only major point for a flatmate would be .. preferably vegetarian since i am, making things easier in the kitchen space.. with using utensils ect.
