Usually, there is always someone at home. House security is increased further with outdoor security cameras, which flatmates are granted access to.

The house has an open layout downstairs. It is 2 stories, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite), 2 dining areas and 2 living areas.
The house is furnished (2 x fridges, dishwasher, washer, dryer, 2 x robot vacuum, etc~) with some space to spare. Strong stable wifi on NBN500/50 internet is accessible throughout the property. There is an unfurnished balcony and the backyard is furnished, fence-enclosed with an outdoor kitchen undercover and a functioning aquaponics system.

About the flatmates

Hi,

I am a 40yo full-time employed male. I own the property. I do not live in property.

The house is family-run, mostly by a retired senior couple (early 70s). They take on property management duties which include obligations such as gardening, house maintenance, and cleaning. The seniors love to keep themselves busy, so they assist keeping common areas tidy and clean. It is expected that everyone keeps their room clean and shared areas neat and tidy. Cleaning services and utilities such as robot and vacuums will be available. This couple occupies the Master bedroom with an ensuite.

One house member is a 31yo full-time employed male who works during the early mornings. He mostly keeps to himself and enjoys spending time with his friends outside the home. Occupying Room 4 and study room.

One other house member a 24yo working full time at a restaurant in Orion. A streamer, quiet, polite, usually keeps to himself, and sociable. He is occupying Room 1.

A full time working 34yo male will occupy Room 2. Being a father and husband, he plans to use the room to come rest to after work during weekdays and return home back to his wife and child over weekends.

No house members are partiers so expect mostly quiet nights to be the norm. Current flatmates are non-smokers and non-drinkers (except for special occasions).

One senior is vegetarian.
