The home is located in a cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours and surrounded by bushland. Lots of cockatoos, lorikeets, king parrots come to feed on the verandah. There’s plenty of safe street parking if you have a car. The street connects to pathed walk ways with a creek crossing.
You will have your own room with a shared bathroom with shower and tub downstairs. Upstairs you will share the kitchen and back verandah looking out over a gorgeous garden. With its elevated position you will have stunning sunsets over Springfield Lakes. The kitchen is equiped with everything you will need just bring food. High speed wifi is included (FTTP). Air con is available upstairs and fans are installed in the bedrooms.
The home is close to Orion shopping, Springfield Central Station, Lions Brighton Homes Arena, and the University of Southern Qld. All in walking distance (15 min) or a short 5 min drive.
There is one very sweet resident cat called Daisy who also shares our space. She asks that no other pets be allowed in the house please.
We are looking for a mature woman who is open minded, quiet, drama free, non smoking, super clean and tidy person with employment who gets along with everyone, has a full life with friends, interests and hobbies of their own. Students and short term tenants are welcome.
There is also an opportunity to rent the room furnished (single bed) if required for an additional $15 per week.
