I am looking for a professional person or full time student, clean and tidy and non smoker who enjoys the outdoors.
The house is large so sharing the space is easy. Ideally I would like to rent the room to someone for at least 6 months.
No pets unfortunately as I already have one.
We are a relaxed family who enjoys sports and generally loves the outdoors. We are looking forward to sharing our home with the right person.

Hi my name is Bec I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse, I work both in a hospital and GP practice. I enjoy the outdoors and going to the gym. I also have 2 boys aged 11 and 14 who stay with me 50/50 care.
My other child is a beautiful natured Golden Retriever named "Maverick" who enjoys the outdoors too and lots of attention.
I am looking for a flat mate to rent a large bedroom within my home, it comes with a balcony to sit and appreciate the views. A shared bathroom with double vanity and toilet.
I expect the person to have respect for my home and keep the space clean and tidy. You are welcome to cook in the kitchen area, and buy food to put in the fridge or pantry. Please use the dishwasher or was dishes by hand once finished.
You are also invited to use the laundry when needed.
The property sits on a corner block directly across from the lake and has off road parking. There is also a reliable bus route on the main road.
