About the property
Private room with aircon and your own private bathroom with toilet on the top level of my 4 bedroom home. We have a POOL!! Shared kitchen .
Super close to local shops, IGA, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, doctors etc. if you search Springfield lakes you will see the local IGA shopping complex tjen 2 minutes up the road is another shopping complex where the Springfield lakes tavern plus heaps of yummy restaurants and McDonald’s.
Local buses, train station and Orion shopping centre is walkable but heaps of buses to get you there also. 2 minutes from the highway , central to most things so it’s a great spot if you don’t have a car. Beautiful lakes all around, really nice for someone who likes to go for walk or run.
There is another bedroom upstairs so I could be open to making it a private lounge area so we all have our own space but that’s something we can talk about. Internet is included however, $10 per week for electricity and $10 per week for water on top of your weekly rent of $280 per week so all up $300 per week

About the flatmates
Single mother, 43 years old with my 14 year old daughter. I’m very quiet, I don’t drink or party. I just like being at home, pottering around the house and gardening. I’m pretty chilled, tattoos and have a relaxed vibe. I’m friendly and love to help people, I dislike negative toxic people, I will not tolerate disrespect. I’m into my crystals, creating good karma , I love listening to music and dancing around the house. We have 2 dogs both staffy’s, one is only a pup the other is 3 years old, the puppy loves everyone but my older boy takes abit to warm to people, very protective of me but once he knows you he gets super excited when you get home and loves cuddles.
So must be someone who loves dogs and are confident being around them. These are my babies to. I will block off the stairs so they can’t go upstairs to your area. My daughter, typical teenager, super polite and chilled, big gamer , loves manga and flash cars. It’s just been the 2 of us the whole time, so she is my best friend and my whole world, we get along great and like to have a laugh, I’m a pretty chilled mum
