Hi. My name is Amy Cliff. I am 38 this year and looking for a new housemate to live in Springfield Lakes 4300. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, able to talk about anything, honest and wants to go have fun every now and then. I am a bronco's fan. You don't have to be. Basically, I have a 3-bedroom 2 bath house. The photos will be your living quarters and there is a second living room as well. So that is 1 bedroom, and you will have the main bath and toilet as your own. You will be up for paying 260 per week and half the bills, that's water, electricity, internet if you want it, gas as well. I work full time and enjoy it. I prefer you to be working full time or part time. It would be awesome to become friends before you move on to build a trusted relationship. Please message on here if you are interested on doing inspections and moving forward with this. Parking is on street. Looking for more permanent stays as well. I prefer no pets or kids. The house doesnt have much set up for that. Not looking for any smokers, I do have a drink for the odd occasion.
