Hi everyone.
Have a smallish but very functional house with some lovely rooms for rent, located in a very convenient part of Sunnybank. Close enough to where you want to go, but tucked away on a nice quiet street.
The house has 5 good-sized rooms, all with built-in wardrobes, queen-sized beds, and a study desk and chair. The beds will even come with bed linen so they are all ready to go and just need you :)
The best part about this house is the number of bathrooms. With 3 bathrooms/toilets in total, there will never be waiting for someone to finish their shower.
The rest of the house will come fully furnished. Everything from a washing machine, TV, plates and bowls, absolutely everything will be taken care of before you move in.
The new kitchen, with lots of fridge space, will also add to the functionality of this house.
Each month we will get the house deep cleaned to keep everything looking fresh, along with the yard maintenance.
