Looking for a clean, considerate housemate to join our house in Sunnybank. The house is well kept, and we have a simple weekly cleaning roster to keep things clean and tidy.

You’ll be sharing the bathroom and toilet with a korean female housemate only (she is on working holiday Visa). The kitchen is shared between all of us. The place already has everything you’ll need for daily living, just bring your luggage and settle in.

Excellent location: 5-minute walk to Altandi Station and nearby bus stops (130, 140, 598, 123, 132, Gold Coast Express Train Line, Ferny Grove Line). 🚗On-street parking available.

🍴Cutlery, crockery, cleaning supplies. (Toilet paper not provided though)
