❗️Rent period: looking for minimum 3 months rental
❗️Rent: $280 for one person one room including all bills (water, electricity and internet) apart from aircon/heater. Aircon is separately metered. We have asked qualified electrician to install separate meter for each individual aircon which is visible to everyone. You can view your usage easily and the rate is based on how much electricity company charges us - currently $0.30 cents per KW.
❗️Carpark: yes - you will have a designated Carpark on the property (not off street). See the photo - we have a huge concreted area in front of the house for parking.
7 mins walk to Sunnybank marketplace or major bus stop. Bus 130, 140 is available every 10 mins during peak hours which go straight to city in about 25mins.
❗️What are included in the room?
The room comes fully furnished and we are not be able to remove any furniture from the room:

It’s a huge house with 3 bathrooms so you will only be sharing the bathroom with another housemate. We have a big living room for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen has plenty of storages. We also provide two washing machines and dryers for everyone to use.
We currently have 5 people living in the house and are looking for one more to join. All full time workers - all very quiet and respectful.
