a. 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance ($180×6 weeks= $1,080) for the room. No separate monthly bill for internet. It is included in $180. Weekly rent is due on every Saturday.
b. An air conditioner is available in this room. No bed and mattress are here. Semi furnished room.
c. Water, electricity bills are quarterly-next bills will be due in March (these bills will be shared equally).
d. If you have your own bed, mattress, table, chair you can put.
e. Garage is big. You can put your stuffs which you use rarely and if your room space is insufficient.
f. Chicken, goat, beef are allowed, not pork. Non vegetarian, vegetarian, vegan, et cetera are welcome. If you have any concern about food habits, please feel free to discuss.
h. Smoking is allowed only outside of the house.
i. Alcohol, drugs are strictly prohibited.
j. Refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, vacuum cleaner are available.
k. Big backyard where Hills Hoist Clotheslines available to dry up clothes after washing.
l. Strictly no pet.
m. Off street car parking in front of the house.
n. 10-12 minutes walking distance from Sunnybank Train Station (nearest from the house). Buses are available to go to Brisbane CBD, Westfield Mt Gravatt Shopping Centre, UQ Lakes Station, Griffith University-Nathan Campus.
o. Nearby shopping centres by car or by buses are Market Square, Sunnybank Plaza, Sunny Park (these are in Sunnybank) and Pinelands, Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown (these are in Sunnybank Hills), Calamvale Central in Calamvale.
m. Beenleigh Road Medical Centre, Les Atkinson Park are in walking distance.
p. Professional job holder, student, welfare, backpacker are welcome.
