Upstairs, there are 5 master rooms, each with its own private ensuite. Downstairs features two separate kitchens dedicated to the main house residents. This means zero overlap with your granny flat facilities.
We are a group of respectful, quiet professionals and students:
* Owner: Essential oil wholesaler/retailer (40s).
* Housemates: A bus driver (40s), a government cable technician (20s), a flight school student (20s), and two high school students.
* Atmosphere: Despite being a full house, it is exceptionally quiet. Everyone values their personal space. We rarely cook, so the common areas remain clean and peaceful.
* Safety: For your peace of mind, all residents hold valid Blue Cards and have perfect Police Check records.
