About the property
We have a multi-cultural home and are looking for a single female. The bedroom has a queen size bed, desk, chair, fan and large wardrobe. The bedroom overlooks a peaceful garden setting with lots of natural light. The rent includes all bills and high-speed Internet.
The bathroom is shared with yourself and one other female only.
The shared lounge area has ducted air conditioning and heating and has a lounge, dining table and chairs.
We have a woman moving in on the 7th of Feb who works full time, and married couples from Argentinian and Malaysia. Everyone is in their late twenties to early thirties, and all speak English, working full time, studying and working in hospitality or cleaning. Everyone gets on really well with each other. They are very respectful, quiet, friendly and welcoming and all are non-smokers and will happily do what they can to make you feel welcome. The couples have very large rooms and their own bathrooms.
There's a gorgeous kitty cat, who's mainly in his bedroom but might want to come out to play with his house mates. 😺😺
We're within 10 minutes' walk to Sunnybank Market Square and the same to Sunnybank train station. The bus is at the end of the street and a short ride to Griffith Uni, Nathan Campus.
The room is available to rent from 9th Feb 2026.
We are looking for a friendly, easy-going female, who is happy to engage in conversation with the other housemates.

About the flatmates
My husband and our 27 year old daughter, her partner and toddler live upstairs. We have our own kitchen and living areas upstairs.
The bedrooms downstairs are totally separate, and you have your own entrance, kitchen with everything you'll need, microwave oven, air fryer, fridge, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses etc. The area downstairs has 3 bathrooms, separate laundry, and your own wash line that you share with the other housemates.
We prefer to find housemates that are easy going and laid back. It's helpful if you are reasonably clean as most people don't like cleaning up other people's mess. We like it to feel more like a home than just somewhere to sleep and eat. Looking for good vibes and positive energy😊
