Room 2 - Medium (picture: white single bed, but currently white double bed).
Includes study desk and ample closet space.

Extra storage space is available in the linen closet and throughout other areas of the house.

SHARED AREAS

Bathroom w/ a bathtub and shower to be shared between three people total atm.

Living room w/ couch, TV, pet guinea pigs outdoor enclosure, pet cat!

Kitchen w/ hotplate stove. All basic pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils supplied. Pantry and fridge space available.

OTHER INCLUSIONS

Water, Electricity and Internet bills are included in the rent. NBN can manage gaming and streaming across multiple people just fine - 100+ mbs download speeds, and 10mbs upload speeds.

I also cover all household supplies, like toilet paper and laundry detergent.

THE VIBES

We're surrounded by really beautiful forest greenery which comes with the added bonus of huntsman spiders and frogs galore, but they are our friends who keep the other creepy crawlies at bay.

You'll also be woken up by a plethora of birds as the sun says hi, but your brain will eventually filter out the annoying crows. I'm not really selling this place well, but let's just say if you're a nature lover, then you'll probably love this place.

A stray cat has adopted us recently and her name is Luna! I also have two pet Guinea pigs which are kept outdoors.
