Hi, I’m Rhee. We are looking for someone friendly to join our household! We are 4 people and one adorable puppy. I work as an international student support officer full time at an RTO.
Ash is my Persian partner who works full time as a software engineer.
Ash’s mum works in childcare.
Kou is our Japanese roommate who is studying and working.
Our 3 month old Puppy is Kyuri. She does not shed, and makes our house a home.

Our 4th bedroom was occupied by another Japanese roommate who unfortunately is returning to Japan around the end of February.

We are all very good friends and have a good vibe in the house that we would like to keep with whoever will join us.

Some of the features of our house:
- Bills will not be included in your rent.
- High speed wifi throughout the house
- Big 4K TV with all the main subscriptions
- Big fridge + Standalone freezer
- AC in the living room
- Fan in your room
- Big sliding door wardrobe in your room

We share and split everything in the house including: Kitchen items, Laundry items, Grocery bills, Cleaning responsibilities and we also each take turns cooking for everyone through the week. It is not a super strict timetable we follow, but everyone pulls their weight so there have never been problems for us with this. We have found this was is the most cost effective, spares the issue of taking turns in the kitchen and waiting and also has helped all of us become super close friends who can share and care for each other.

Your rooms are obviously your private space, however we do ask that it is clean for house inspections.

In terms of shared spaces (kitchen/living room/bathroom) we like to keep these spaces tidy.

What we are looking for:
We are preferably looking for a person in their 20s to join us, however we are open to requests, depending on if we seem like the right fit for each other.
We would love someone who, firstly, is okay with the idea of sharing!!

Also someone who is okay with animals, as our puppy will definitely be demanding tug of war. To give our puppy a friend, we would not be opposed to offering the room to someone who has a pet dog, given that their dog would be non-shedding, and trained.

現在、家には4人ととっても可愛い子犬がいます。

ハウスメイトの1人であるRhee はRTOでフルタイムで働いている留学生サポートオフィサーです。
パートナーのAsh（アッシュ）はイラン出身で、ソフトウェアエンジニアとしてフルタイムで働いています。
そのアッシュのお母さんは素敵な女性で、チャイルドケアのお仕事をしています。
Kou（コウ）。私は日本人で現在大学院に通いながら勉強と仕事を両立しています。
そして最後に、生後3ヶ月の子犬・キュウリがいます🐶
彼女はとても可愛く、家を本当の「ホーム」にしてくれる存在です。

現在4つ目のベッドルームには日本人のルームメイトが住んでいますが、2月末ごろに日本へ帰国予定のため、新しい方を募集しています。

私たちはみんなとても仲が良く、家の雰囲気もとても良いので、そのバイブを大切にしてくれる方と一緒に住みたいと思っています。

家では以下のものをみんなでシェア＆分担しています：
・キッチン用品
・洗濯用品
・食費（食材費）
・掃除
・料理（曜日ごとに順番に作ったりもします)

厳密なスケジュールがあるわけではありませんが、みんなが自然に協力し合っているので、今までトラブルは一切ありませんでした。
このスタイルはコスト面でも節約できますし、キッチンの順番待ちのストレスもなく、何よりみんながとても仲良くなれて、お互いを思いやれる関係になれました。

個室はもちろんプライベート空間ですが、数ヶ月に一回あるオーナーによる家の状態のチェックの際は清潔に保っていただくようお願いしています。
共有スペース（キッチン／リビング／バスルーム）は、みんなで綺麗に使うことを大切にしています。
