About the property
Our house is an 8 minute walk to the bus stop which goes through Sunnybank to the city. We are a 10 minute walk from the local shops and a 4 minute drive from 2 major shopping centres (Sunnybank Hills Shopping Town and Calamvale Central). There are many good restaurants and fast food options.
If you have a car, there is street parking available.
The room is fully furnished with a single sized bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and ceiling fan. Rent is $250/wk including electricity, gas, water and internet.
The bathroom is shared with one other female housemate. We are therefore only accepting female applicants, sorry!
We have a Golden Retriever dog who stays in his own area, so our place is best suited to someone who likes or doesn’t mind dogs.
We will not be accepting any children or pets.

About the flatmates
I am 29 years old and my partner Phil, is 34 years old. We are both full time office workers. We enjoy playing board games, going out for good food, watching binge-worthy TV shows, fishing and travelling. We are easy going, clean and friendly people who are respectful of others’ spaces.
We are looking for a student/professional who is friendly, tidy and responsible. We work 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and would greatly appreciate a housemate that keeps things chill during weeknights. No smoking, children or pets please.
