Looking for someone to share with five others (currently owners' son and four other males) in Sunnybank Hills. It is a large house, generally quiet, where you can have space to yourself.

Person should be very clean and responsible. Looking for a non-smoker, no pets, no drugs or excessive drinking, etc.

Long term or short-term are possible (although short-term may be at a higher rate).

One room is available:

- Upstairs bedroom, reverse cycle aircon, furnished with bed, desk, chair (or you can bring your own furniture) and a built-in wardrobe/cupboard. Bathroom shared with two others. Areas shared with other tenants: Large common area (with aircon), shared laundry (two washing machines and a dryer), shared kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave).

- $220 per week for room with aircon, fee includes electricity, water, internet. Usually 4-week bond required (bond held by RTA).

- Room to park car in yard.

- A few minutes walk to 123 Bus route, 10-15min walk to Banoon train station.

- No pets allowed

- No smoking allowed

- References are required

One person lives downstairs (my son, with own kitchen and bathroom), and others live upstairs.
