About the property
We live in a 2 storey house in Taringa, across the road from Mt Coot-tha Forest which has lots of hiking and biking trails. There is also an entrance to the bikeway that goes into the city beside the western freeway across the road from our house. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a gas stove. There are fans in the bedrooms and living areas. It is a very cool house and we get lots of lovely breezes with the windows open (all the windows and doors have screens on them). There are a number of private areas to relax in and we have 2 back decks overlooking our leafy garden. We are a 6 minute walk to the closest bus stop where buses go directly to either the city or to UQ.

About the flatmates
My 16 year old son and I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle as does our 26 year old female housemate. I also enjoy cooking, yoga, pilates, stand up paddle boarding, bike riding, going to the gym and gardening. We are looking for a friendly, considerate and respectful housemate who values a harmonious, happy, environmentally-friendly household. The bathroom would be shared only with our female housemate as my son and I use the second bathroom.
