This is a private room in a shared house in a very good position, close to UQ and bus stop.
The house is shared with other 3 male students who spend most of the time away.
The house is old but well kept, tidy and clean.
This room is under my name on the lease until end of February. If you would like to stay longer, I am happy to transfer the lease over to you.
