We have a small room available in a beautiful Queenslander in Taringa. The room is small but comfortably fits a single bed. The room also has a spacious, built in wardrobe.
The house is a nice old Queenslander, it's got a large living room but quite a small kitchen so it's very important that the kitchen is tidied after every use. Other then that, there is also a cruisey cleaning roster.
We live in a great location, close to the train station, bus stop and uni.
The house has a cozy, homey feel and I have a cat that resides with us on occasion.
We would love someone who fits our house vibe to move in, we would prefer someone who is looking to stay at least 6 months but will consider everyone.
Rent is $156 with bills not included.

About the flatmates
You will have two house mates; Anthony (male, 29), who is a nurse and is constantly doing shift work so sometimes we don't see him for days on end. In general he's a very chill guy who loves to cook up a storm and play guitar at all hours of the day.
And me, Freya (27), I love a good book, a good yoga session and going for a climb. I can also get a bit crafty when the need arises.
Both Ant and I love a good conversation on most topics and to any depth. On occasion, when we are both around and available we enjoy having a social evening with games and a glass of wine.
