About the flatmates
I am a introverted 40+ female originally from UK working in research and looking for a quiet respectful female to share my living space. Master's, PhD students, full time workers or retired females with an active life outside of the property ideal. As l also do pet sitting, l will not be at the property full time and you may often have the whole apartment to yourself. My apartment is a quiet tranquil space not suitable for having guests. Cleanliness is very important to me and everything including the bed, matress (awaiting arrival Friday), mirror, wardrobe and sheets in the room available are brand new - as are the items in the shared living space. The bed has ample storage space underneath and additional storage can be arranged in the garage - within reason. I have also provided brand new plates, cups and glasses - making this a completely move in ready oportunity. There are strictly no shoes to be worn in the house and no smoking inside or in outdoor areas.
