Looking for friendly women who are — respectful, polite, kind, considerate, clean, idealy who are working full time, who have a solid rental application (this can be flexible), preferably interested in signing a 1 year lease or who are wanting a place more long term. I am usually up for a chat, walk, board game, or movie although I do keep pretty busy at the moment. Sharing wholesome Christian like values and having a positive, supportive environment is important. We maintain a drug, smoke, and alcohol-free home, and prefer not having men sleeping over. Friends, significant others are completely fine & normal 🙂 Clean language is a bonus!
