We have a large comfortable air conditioned home with a large living area and new modern kitchen with all appliances. All rooms have ceiling fans I also have a backyard shed with lots of tools for any hobbies. The back yard is shady and fully fenced and secure. Off street parking is included. Electricity is also included as we have a solar array. Busses to the city and university are a short walk away and we are in walking distance to a great shopping centre and all amenities are close by. The ideal flatmate would share the cooking and be a clean and tidy non smoking person. A little social drinking is ok but not heavy drinkers. No drugs are permitted. Laundry facilities are also available

About the flatmates
My home is fully tiled with no carpet I have 2 small friendly dogs. There is a large living room with tv and foxtel. Unlimited internet is included. Most of the home is air conditioned with reverse cycle for winter. There is also a large study area suitable for a pc and books The gardens are well maintained and there is a vege garden if you wish to grow some fresh veges. The leafy back garden is shaded with a pergola. Undercover parking is available I am retired and have hobbies that include craft, sewing, cooking, reading and online transcribing
