Large well-appointed house, with one vacant bedroom available, with air conditioning, my other tenant is a guy, he's near finished his engineering degree, you would be sharing a large spacious bathroom. Ceiling Fans throughout, air con in bedroom, built-in robe. Close to Underwood Marketplace shops, bus stop 250m, train (Kuraby) 800m. Very clean, tidy house with all modern conveniences, washing machine and two fridges, one 700 litre exclusively for tenants, I would want the intended housemate to treat the property as a home, be cordial and considerate. Covered outdoor area, and a large backyard area. Quiet neighbors in a stable safe area. I would insist on the kitchen area being kept clean and tidy at all times and no dirty dishes being left out. I'm a lot OCD when it comes to cleanliness and tidiness. If you can't leave things as you found them or better, then this place is not for you. We roster housework, every 3 wks. The house and room are available for inspection now by request. An outside dog will be considered as long as you’re willing to clean up after it daily, the backyard is fully fenced, has lots of space to exercise and spread out if we ever have another lockdown, gated and secure.
