About the property
Our house is one of a kind! Nestled in the hills of Upper Brookfield the house is completely surrounded by nature and the bush. No roads, no neighbours in sight. Pure natural bliss.
The house is very unique and as such requires someone who can really embrace the semi-rural lifestyle. We are fully solar powered and our toilet is composting. Our house requires work from us all but provides us with so much tranquility, peacefulness and joy in return.
The room available is in one of our cabins! The cabin itself is detached from the main house offering complete privacy and serenity. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are all shared within the main house which is just below, down a path from the available cabin. The cabin has an amazing large, window that fully opens to immerse yourself in nature, it has its own private deck as well as a grassed area just below the deck that offers insane views over the area.
As we are solar powered and run off tank water the house pays for itself bills wise! The only external bills to rent is the internet.
Oh and ps we have a pool!

We are Gina and Rhi, two creative professionals who are looking for a third house mate to join us in our stunning, nature filled home in Upper Brookfield. It’s paradise!
Gina is a route setting professional at an indoor climbing gym in the city as well as a freelance graphic designer and Rhi owns and runs a creative studio focused around life and still life drawing.
We are both very artistically driven people, we love our home and all the jobs that come along with keeping it as amazing as it is. We are both very relaxed and easy going people and we are looking for someone who can fit into that vibe with us. Our house is not a party house, it’s a serene escape from the city and we would love to find someone who would love the house just as much as we do!
