About the flatmates
Located in Upper Caboolture.
Very large primary bèdroom in large modern house. Walk in robe, large private bathroom and balcony. Ceiling fan, ducted air con. Room is currently unfurnished.
Separate upstairs lounge room.
Beautiful area, leafy outlook, inground magnesium pool. I also have a 3 bay shed so if you require storage of other items we can discuss.
Price includes all bills, unlimited internet and streaming services (netflix, Stan, binge, prime, paramount).
No smokers or drug users.
No pets.
I work full time so am out of the house most days. I do have 2 children every other week. They are well behaved and on the weekend we are out most of the time or in the backyard. The house is big and we use the downstairs loungerooms. The other week I am gone 90% of the time.
