About the property
This three-bedroom house is very spacious and filled with natural light which is what drew me to it in the first place. I will only be renting one of the two rooms available (of your choice) and the other will serve as an office space/recreation room. Both bedrooms available are the same size, the key difference is that bedroom #3 has two windows so more airflow/natural light. Whilst bedroom #2 has a built in closet but only one window. The house has both a porch and a veranda which will be perfect for the upcoming warmer seasons. There is air conditioning in the main living area however only a fan in the bedrooms. The property also has a laundry room, backyard with a clothesline and a carport which is all yours :)
