About the property
Large leafy back yard, with a back patio, barbeque and outdoor cinema screen. A great place to relax at the end of the day. We live in a quiet street in close proximity to Garden City, supermarkets, takeaways and public transport. The Mount Gravatt markets is also within walking distance. We also have an ultra fast internet plan at 1000mbps for $35/month. Netflix is free. On the back patio I have a treadmill. Our ideal flatmate would be someone who is employed and can keep the house clean and tidy. Electricity and water bills are split evenly, and paid every three months. The spare bedroom has a double bed, small desk, desk chair and a large clothes cupboard, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture as we have storage room under the house.

About the flatmates
My name is Dean and I work as a horticulturalist, and I'm also completing a university degree. My other two flatmates, Love and Zach also work and study. We have been living at our current share house for approximately four years. One of our current flatmates has moved out due to work commitments, so we have a room available now. In our share house we like to keep everything clean and tidy, and occasionally we will all watch a movie together or get a pizza, but everyone respects each others privacy, and we all get along. Ideally we are looking for a male, but will consider a female. We are also a smoke free, drug free, drama free house.
