The house is located in Dawson Road at walking distance (~800m) to the Garden City and Griffith University, good public transport (buses-24 hours in the weekends). It is also close the Coles supermarket, shops and restaurants such as Pizza Hut and MacDonals. It is a 2 Level Queenslander (high set) with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large backyard with BBQ and undercover sitting area. Large garden has a veggie-herb patch and trees. The house is fully-furnished: the kitchen has all the utensils; the living area has a dining table, plasma TV and couch; backyard charcoal BBQ with a table and chairs; the laundry has a fully automatic washing machine.
The room is spacious large room located on the second floor. The room has a comfortable double bed with mattress, sheets and pillows; study table, desk lamp, with cupboards for storage, and its own fridge just outside room. We are looking for someone who must be clean and tidy, respectful of other people’s space, safety and privacy, friendly and familiar with a sharing house environment. The rent of $275 per week including all the bills (electricity, rentals, water, gas, unlimited fast Cable Broadband Internet (Telstra). Bond is equivalent of 2 weeks of rent ($550). The rent can be paid forthnightly in advance. Short-term (minimum 3 months) or long-term 12+ months lease is available.
