There’s onsite parking available as well as plenty of street parking. There is also a bus stop outside the complex.
The complex has a pool and the neighbours are rather quiet as it’s just family’s and older couples
There is also a second spare room that we currently use for storage, which you’re more than welcome to use as well.

You’ll be living with myself and my partner. We both work full-time — my partner works mornings, and I’m currently on nights but will be moving to mornings soon.
There is a cat, he is very chill
We’re pretty quiet, don’t smoke or party, we both play sports so we are usually busy during the weekend/nights. Outside of this we are quiet the homebodies.
