About the flatmates
I'm 27 and work as a boilermaker, I usually get up for work about 4am. I have a 1 cat who is everything to me, the house is his space too and he needs to be respected. If you're not an animal lover don't bother applying. I keep myself busy with gym and work.
My housemate is clean and tidy in his mid 20s and works as a Barista. He likes to occasionally indulge in a drink after work and relax with some music in his room. He smokes outside the house.
Both of us use legally prescribed cannabis medication. We both have adhd and average mental health. We enjoy spending time together as housemates discussing our day but we are also mindful to give each other space.
As we have a cat we try not to have a ton of visitors so he's not getting spooked regularly. We have a clean peaceful relaxed household and like to keep it that way. We have a lot of plants indoor/outdoor so if you enjoy your gardening this is the place for you. You're welcome to help care for the plants but I dont expect you to.
