This place is my peaceful retreat just minutes from the city. Nestled on a quiet street surrounded by tropical gardens, my charming home features a lovely private pool.
The rent price includes all utilities, such as:

No couples sorry, and women only.
Conveniently located just 500 meters from shops and bus stops, it’s a quick 15-minute bus ride or 5-minute drive to the city center. While there’s one bathroom, there are two toilets available, and I rarely spend much time in the bathroom.
The spacious bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed and bedside tables, TV, air-conditioning, a well-lit built-in dresser, and ample closet space.
Please note, I cannot accommodate pets due to my anxious cat. 🐈⬛ Goose (my cat) is very talkative and loves to play, but is shy with new people.
I’m looking for someone who appreciates a clean, tidy home and is happy to contribute to keeping it that way. Home is my sanctuary, so I’d love a housemate who values a peaceful, comfortable living environment too.
As I work from home, this place is best suited to someone who works full-time outside the home so my meetings and work hours can run smoothly without interruptions.
The house is safe and secure with screened windows and security doors, and I keep everything locked as a general rule, so ideal for someone who values a secure, calm space.
No party-goers, please. This is a quiet haven and I’m looking for someone who enjoys and respects that.
