About the property
I have a fully furnished queen sized room available in my 5BR house in Cairns (CityView Estate). It’s 8-12 minutes to the CBD by car, is very modern, well appointed, and has breathtaking views of Cairns and the ocean. Utilities (water, power, gas, WiFi) and linen is included. Parking on street in a quiet cul-de-sac.
The room is generous in space and has an AC and fan, keyed privacy lock and security screened window.
You’d be sharing a living, dining, kitchen, laundry, balcony, patio, sitting room and a bathroom with the other 2 female tenants, so would like to find someone that’s tidy, cleans up after their self and will share the cleaning duties for the communal areas and mowing the lawn. We are all quiet and respectful, and keep a very tidy house and yard. No parties, but we do like movie nights and occasional meal together.

About the flatmates
I’m in my 50s, retired, and do a fair bit of travelling; I’m in Cairns maybe a quarter of the time.
I currently have three tenants one of which is moving out shortly as she’s just bought herself an apartment. The remaining tenants are a young New Zealand lady who works as a marine biology technician.
And a lovely Italian lady who is a childcare worker.
Just looking for one more tenant for the last room.
There will be a total of 3 tenants at any time, plus myself.
