About the property
Our Home 🏡 is on a really beautiful street in Mooroobool. We are a 10 minute walk to the Earlville shopping Centre. A lot of really beautiful parks around our neighbourhood. I’ve walked to almost all of them.
Our home is a three bedroom, one bathroom home. It has a shower quite a large space bathroom, a separate toilet with a door.
I’ve just bought a clawfoot bath for the outside patio area.
Big backyard, heaps of potential to put veggie gardens in and outdoor seating. I build a little fire pit with bricks in the centre of the yard. We have a little shed storage lots of space in there. As I mentioned there’s a little outdoor patio area with a trellis. I’ve been decorating that with epiphyte plants. And herbs.
You can choose one of two bedrooms the bigger bedroom has a built-in wardrobe two windows one large one overlooking the backyard and one small one king out to the side of the house.

About the flatmates
I’m a single mama with an eight month old baby boy. I also have a mini foxy dog named Alfie who is eight years old and super chill and loyal. We go on daily walks sometimes twice daily and he walks off leash by my side along busy roads so he’s well behaved.
I’m feeling open to welcoming someone into our home and sharing the space. We’ve got a big backyard and front yard with an orange tree and a lemon tree.
We only moved in a few months ago so we are still slowly getting furniture and creating the space that brings us the most peace.
I have my son full-time and his father comes over every second day sometimes every day from 20 mins to 4 hours.
Obviously, it won’t be a party house, but I’m super open to having gatherings and evenings when it works for us all and each other’s routines and work life, etc.
My son is a good sleeper he’ll only wake up in the night once for a feed and very rarely cries at night. So you’ll get good night sleeps every night! :)
As it goes with babies and kids the lounge room is often scattered with toys. I do like to tidy as much as I can but you will have to be okay with a little bit of toy chaos.
