The apartment is conveniently located in Canberra's inner north near the Canberra 5 apartments on Constitution Avenue (near Pedlar and Teddy Pickers). It is a short walk to the city and an even shorter walk to Lake Burley Griffin. There is a bus route approx. 10 metres from the apartment which provides transport to Barton, the city and the airport.

The apartment is contemporary (a new build - I was the first tenant to reside here), and is well designed with each bedroom located on opposite sides of the shared living room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and its own access to the main balcony (which is very spacious). Further, the kitchen and bench tops are well designed, and is fitted with an oven, electric stove, dish washer, microwave and is more than spacious enough for two persons to use simultaneously. The apartment also is fitted with a washer and dryer.
