About the property
Spacious home located only 2mins drive to Tuggeranong, 12 min drive to Woden and 20-25min drive to city. Located close to 2 ovals.
Two rooms available in the house - the smaller/cheaper room available from Dec 2025 and the larger/ensuite room from March 2026.
Smaller room available next to currently occupied room. Currently has bed which is available for next housemate, however can also get rid of if you have your own! Has inbuilt wardrobe, fan and curtains too. Sharing bathroom with one other female housemate, with toilet seperate from bathroom.
The second room is located at the other end of the house - very spacious (fits king bed easily), with ensuite with shower, toilet, vanity, walk in wardrobe with heaps of space, fan, and black out electronic blinds. Pictures not on ad, but will be added in the new year. Very suitable for couple, or for someone wanting their own space and end of the house to themself!
Current pricing for rooms may be subject to change by around $10-20 either way, depending on how house wants to split total rent with larger vs smaller rooms!
The house is fully furnished and has been having ongoing small renovations over the years - new backyard and entertaining area are the most recent!
Bills are every quarter and include electricity, water and internet - normally averaging ~$250-300.
We are looking to have someone ideally for 12-18 months, however there is a 6 month break clause.

About the flatmates
3 housemates, including one couple, are looking for someone to slot into our little home with our 5 year old Red Heeler x Koolie/Bordercollie pup, Remy. He's a bundle of energy but actually a huge softie and loves a cuddle. He can be a bit stand offish when meeting new people and dogs, but he just needs a bit of warming up and he will love you.
Hannah, 28, work 2 jobs, one, full-time, as a dietitian and one as a disability support worker throughout the week and occasional weekends. Kyran, 29, working full time as an electrician and occasionally weekends too. And Georgie, 24, working full time as a massage therapist.
We are quite active people with lots of hobbies who love to have a chat but also like unwinding at the end of a long day with some dinner, a drink and watching TV or (current obsession of Hannah and Georgies), clay making. We love taking Rem for a walk, playing netball, oztag or footy, going for runs (particularly trail), mountain bike rides, baking, surfing and snowboarding. Weekends we enjoy being out and about, hanging out with family/mates, heading to the coast/snow or doing any of our hobbies :)
We are all very laid back people however like a tidy household and are looking for someone who will contribute, clean up after themselves and help out with yard work. In saying that, with a 5 year old dog, we get that a clean house isn't always feasible and that's totally fine. We do really try to make sustainable efforts in our house (composting, recycling, energy use, etc) and would love someone who has similar views.
Looking for someone of similar age and interests.
Kyran and I will be jet-setting off for a year overseas in March 2026 and hoping to find someone to slot into our little home for ~1 year.
