One room available for rent - available from early March, potentially can accomodate earlier if needed. Furnished with bed, inbuilt wardrobe, fan and curtains. Sharing bathroom with one other female housemate, with toilet seperate from bathroom.

The house is fully furnished and has been having ongoing small renovations over the years - new pergola

Current pricing for room may be subject to change by around $10-20 either way, depending on how house wants to split total rent with larger vs smaller rooms!

Bills are every quarter and include electricity, water and internet - normally averaging ~$250-300.

We are looking to have someone ideally for 12-18 months, however there is a 6 month break clause.
