About the property
We are looking for a new housemate for this quiet, recently remodelled home with stunning views.
The house has an open-plan kitchen, recently updated carpets and tiling, spacious rooms with built in robes and a bathroom with separate toilet. It has ducted reverse cycle. The bedroom is fully furnished.
The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped with washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, pressure cooker and sandwich press among others. The living room has TV and blu-ray player. The yard has a large garden with a gas BBQ and three outdoor place settings--great for get-togethers.
Rent is $240 per week and includes utilities and internet.
We are looking for a tidy, non-smoker. Vegetarian is ideal but not required. Sorry, we're not taking couples or pets.
