There’s a covered deck on the ground floor – with a BBQ and outdoor setting – great for a BBQ with friends or just soak up the quiet afternoon and magpie’s caroling.

Two bedrooms, both with built-ins, are upstairs along with a private sitting room/lounge area– nice quite place if you want a private space or hang with your friends or work from home (with a desk and chair). The bathroom is a shared bathroom and there's a guest toilet on the ground floor. The room that is available has a queen size wrought iron bed and built-ins and a privately accessed covered deck from this bedroom.

The master bedroom is downstairs with ensuite is my room.

There’s two covered balconies on the top floor (one of the bedrooms has private access to one balcony) to sit out on and have a glass of wine, enjoy the view and a chat.
