About the property
I'm on the lookout for two roomates in my house in Chifley.
The two rooms that I have available are both spacious with built in wardrobes and enough room for a double bed. The rooms can be provided furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. We would prefer someone who likes to keep a neat and tidy house. Bills will be covered by me - within reason, please chat to me first if you plan to start mining bitcoin! :P
The house is about a 2 minute walk from Westfield Woden where you'll find supermarkets, the bus interchange, restaurants, gyms, etc. There is a big backyard and definitely the best selling point of the house is the trampoline in the yard! About the flatmates
You would be sharing with myself and my partner. For a bit about me, I work full-time in the APS in IT. I'm very into health and fitness - you'll often find me at the gym, climbing a mountain, in a sauna or at the gym. I'm quite social and always up for a chat - very respectful of people's downtime too. My partner is currently studying full-time at ANU - she enjoys movies, walks & games.
