You will be sharing with one more person, me, a high school teacher and a little cutie Pomeranian called Mufasa. I will respect your privacy but also happy to have a chat here and there. You will have your own bathroom. I’m usually pretty busy doing general life things.
The room is furnished with a bed, bed side tables and a chest of drawers. Internet and water bill is included in the rent.
There is a beautiful lake and walking areas just 3 mins away from the house and Weston creek and Woden is just a short drive away.
As a house mate all I hope and expect that you pay your rent/bills on time, are clean and respect the space.
